RVS TECHNOLOGY® for hydraulic power steering

Improve the usability of your vehicle very easily. RVS TECHNOLOGY® protects surfaces and equipment from wear. If the steering feels stiff or makes noise, you can improve its operation yourself.

Introduce the RVS Power Steering Protection & Restoration product into the oil reservoir of your power steering system and turn the steering wheel from one extreme position to the other. After the treatment, the steering becomes light, accurate, and noiseless.

The product suits power steering systems with oil capacity up to 2 litres (2 qt.). Attention! Not suitable for electric power steering.

Note that the product affects only the power steering unit. If the steering has other problems, the product has no effect on them. Using the product is not badly spent money in any case as the pump becomes more durable after the RVS treatment.

Step 1:

Set the hose on the syringe end and squeeze the contents of the small tube into the syringe. Set the piston in the syringe, turn the syringe with the hose end upwards and squeeze the air out of the syringe.

Step 2:

Remove the upper oil cap of the power steering and take approx. 20 ml of oil from the device with the syringe. Take air into the syringe until the piston edge is at the 60-ml marking.

Step 3:

Shake the syringe until the mixture inside is homogenous, squeeze the contents of the syringe into the power steering, set the oil cap back on and tighten it.

Step 4:

Start the engine and let it idle for approx. 5 to 10 minutes Drive the vehicle immediately for at least 10 minutes on as “winding” a road as possible (or alternatively on a car parking at a low speed by turning the steering wheel from one extreme position to the other).
